  • How many guests can I invite to my party?

    You can invite as many guests as you’d like. Each party package includes a specific number of guests. You will be charged $12 for each additional guest over the maximum for your party package.

  • Is a deposit required?

    A $100 deposit is required to book your party. The deposit can only be paid by credit/debit card. We do not accept personal checks. The balance is due at the end of your party. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?

    We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check-in. To ensure that your party starts on time, please make sure that your party guests bring a completed liability waiver form with them which can be found on our Forms page.

  • Do I need to stay at the party?

    The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!

  • Will The Inflatable Fun Factory provide supervision during my party?

    Our staff will check on your guests throughout the duration of your scheduled party. Party hosts are responsible for supervising party guests.

  • Can we start the party in the party room?

    We have found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix well. All parties at The Inflatable Fun Factory will begin in the inflatable arenas.

  • Can I decorate the party room?

    You are welcome to bring tablecloths, balloons, and table decorations. We do not permit wall decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, piñatas, or bubble gum. If you bring balloons, bring balloon weights. Our ceilings are over 30 feet tall, and balloons that are released are unable to be retrieved.

  • Do you provide party room set up and clean up?

    Absolutely! One set of paper products is included with your party (plates, napkins, and plastic ware). Additional paper goods may be purchased for a small fee at the time of the party.

  • Can I bring my own food to my party?

    You may bring birthday sweets (cake, cupcakes, cookies, doughnuts, brownies, etc.). You may also bring ice cream, and you must be able to keep it cold as we are not able to store it in our refrigerator/freezer. All other food must be purchased in The Food Factory. The food and beverage policy is strictly enforced. No exceptions will be made. We have food add-ons for parties. Ask a party planner for details!

  • When should I order additional food for my party?

    You can add food to your order at any time.

  • Who serves the food?

    You serve the food. We clean up afterwards.

  • Are there any restrictions for bouncing?

    All guests must wear socks and no shoes while on the inflatable units. Also, we do not allow clothing with studs, large buttons, or other decorations that might damage the inflatables.

  • What if I need to reschedule my party?

    All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your party, you have 365 days to apply your deposit towards another party package. You can also apply your deposit to an inflatable rental through our sister company All Blown Up Inflatable Rentals.

  • Can I tip my party attendant?

    Yes! If your party attendant has done an exceptional job, please let them know!

  • Can I have a party without scheduling a party package?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to allow any type of impromptu parties. We do not allow cakes or presents inside the facility without a party reservation. We are more than happy to schedule a party for you when you walk in, as long as there is availability.
