At The Inflatable Fun Factory, we are excited about the opportunity to serve your friends and family. Please review the following information to ensure your day is filled with fun and celebration. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our office.


Check-In Policy

Party hosts should plan to arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party time. That gives our staff time to get everyone checked in so your party can begin at the scheduled time.


Liability Waiver

A liability waiver must be completed for all participants and must be signed by a parent/legal guardian. Party participants are not allowed in the arena without a signed waiver. The waiver is included in our party invitations or can be downloaded from our website.


Party Payment

The party balance must be paid upon completion of your party. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks. Gratuity is not included.


All Party Participants Must Wear Socks

Parents and/or chaperones are responsible for supervising party participants at all times.


Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your party, and you provide at least a 14-day notice, the deposit can be applied to any available date or time within the next 12 months at no additional charge. Rescheduling with less than 14 days’ notice will require a $50.00 rescheduling fee.


If you choose to cancel your event and provide at least 21 days’ notice, the deposit can be applied to any available date or time within the next 12 months at no additional charge. If you cancel within 21 days of your event, the full party package price will be charged to your account unless other arrangements have been approved, in writing, by the Operations Manager at The Inflatable Fun Factory.


Food and Drink Policy

The Inflatable Fun Factory permits birthday cakes, cupcakes, cookies, doughnuts, brownies, and ice cream. Any and all other food and drink will not be permitted. If you choose to bring ice cream, you must be able to keep it cold. We cannot place these items in our refrigerator or freezer.


All party food and drink must be consumed in your private party room and will not be permitted in public areas. All of our party packages include plates, napkins, and utensils for your convenience. The food and beverage policy is strictly enforced. No exceptions will be made.


Room Decorating Policy

Piñatas, confetti, silly string, glitter, tape, tacks, glue, or any activity that would harm or damage the facility is not allowed. If bringing balloons, please make sure to bring balloon weights. Our ceilings are over 30 feet tall, and balloons that are released are unable to be retrieved.


Gifts and Personal Items

All gifts and personal items must be removed from the building at the conclusion of the party. We are unable to store belongings at any time. The Inflatable Fun Factory is not responsible for lost or stolen property.


Private Party Room Time Periods

The private party room for all parties will be available for use during the last 60 minutes of your scheduled party time. Due to the high demand for private party rooms, these times are enforced.


Privacy Policy

We do not share your information with anyone. We are committed to protecting and maintaining your privacy to the best of our ability. When you place an order, it is placed through a secure server. This server encrypts all information you input before it is sent. Once we receive your information, we protect it against unauthorized use.
